Plaza de Mayo
After customs clearance at the pier terminal, board your coach with your guide and luggage, and then drive along the magnificent Avenida 9 de Julio, reputed to be the widest boulevard on earth. Your sightseeing tour of Buenos Aires begins with a stop at May Square, or 'Plaza de Mayo'. During your visit, see the Presidential House, or 'Casa Rosada', the Colonial Town Hall, or 'Cabildo' and the Cathedral (a visit inside the Cathedral is not included).
La Boca and El Caminito
Next, re-board your coach for a drive to the La Boca District. See the colourful buildings of the 'barrio', and the brightly-painted walls, murals and sculptures during a stroll down the famous pedestrian street of El Caminito. Following your visit, re-board the coach for the drive to La Recoleta, the oldest cemetery in the city.
La Recoleta and Palermo
In addition to its lavish marble statuary, mausoleums and tombs, La Recoleta is renowned for the esteemed national figures that are interred here, notably Eva (Evita) Perón. Leaving La Recoleta, re-board your coach for a drive through Palermo, home to magnificent mansions and parks, before the approximately 50-minute drive to the International Airport.
