Savusavu Bay, Boat-Ride, Guided Snorkelling Session

Depart the pier for the short walk to the dive-boat jetty. Upon arrival, receive your safety and snorkelling instructions, then embark your awaiting boat for the fast, scenic ride along the crystal-clear waters of Savusavu Bay en route to the Lighthouse snorkelling site. Upon arrival at your snorkelling spot, don your gear and safety vest, and begin your guided snorkelling session.

Vibrant, Colourful, and Diverse Coral, Tropical Fish and Marine Life

The Lighthouse Reef is home to some of the most vibrant and colourful coral in Fiji, including numerous plate corals and soft spaghetti corals. In addition, this area is home to a myriad of tropical fish of many sizes and colours, including black-and-white sergeant fish, clownfish, orange and purple anthias, trumpet fish, pale green damsel fish, humpbacked wrasse, maori wrasse, and many more.

Giant Clams, Grouper and Parrotfish, Sea Turtles, Sharks

The scene takes on the appearance of a tropical aquarium as abundant small fish dart in-and-out of the striking coral. Giant clams, groupers and parrotfish are also commonly seen in-and-around the coral formations. Sea turtles frequent the Lighthouse, so it is always a treat to see one or two. Occasionally, a curious, friendly, white-tipped reef shark can be seen cruising the deeper waters below. At the conclusion of your snorkelling tour, return to the dive-boat jetty. Upon arrival, disembark the boat and take the short walk back to the pier.
