Klaipeda Old Town

During your old town cycling tour you will see the Theatre Square with the famous sculpture of Anchen von Tharau, the Old Town with its reconstructed Yacht harbor, and the Dane River promenade.


Ferry Ride & Curonian Spit

After a short ferry ride to the Curonian Spit, cycle through the pine woods. En route you will admire beautiful sites like the harbor gate and its protection mole heading to the Baltic Sea for several kilometers, exposition of boats from ancient and soviet times, and ethnographic fisherman's household.


Local Snacks & Swim

Be on the lookout as you may have a chance to discover a piece of golden amber washed ashore, or swim in the Baltic Sea, try local snacks and drinks and from panoramic dune and enjoy the beautiful views of the Curonian Lagoon, the Baltic Sea and changing face of Klaipeda city with its modern skyscrapers.

Please note: This tour involves an extensive amount of bicycling for approximately 11.8 miles (19 kilometers) 3.5 hours. This tour is recommended for guests who are in good physical condition, experienced and confident bicycle-riders. This tour is not suitable for guests with limited mobility and guests who utilise a wheelchair. Guests are advised to wear warm, layered clothing, closed-toes walking shoes, and bring raingear, sunscreen a hat, sunglasses and swimming gear from the ship. Helmets are provided, and must be worn throughout the riding portion of the tour. In order to participate guests must be 12 years old the minimum height required is 4.9 Feet (150 centimetres), the maximum height is 6.5 feet (190 centimetres) and the maximum weight is 220lbs (100kg/16 Stone). The tour sequence may vary. This tour operates in all weather conditions.
