Panoramic Drive & Saguenay Fjord National Park

From the pier in La Baie, enjoy approximately 60-minute scenic drive to Parc National du Saguenay Visitor Centre. On arrival, you will be given a safety briefing before boarding your kayak for a 60-minute journey.  

Kayaking & Scenic Views

As you paddle along Cape Trinity, the most impressive in the fjord with its sheer cliffs and sand beaches, you are sure to fall under the spell of this breathtaking unaltered environment.  While on the surface, the beauty of the Saguenay Fjord is striking; these waters are also intriguing as they reveal glimpses of their depths that have long been thought unfathomable. Be on the look-out for some of the marine life including lazy seals sun tanning on emerging rocks.  

Free Time, Visitor Centre

Following your kayak visit the Visitor Centre to browse the small shop for gifts and/or souvenirs of your visit.

Afterwards, re-board the coach for the approximate one-hour drive back to the pier.

Please note: This tour involves an extensive amount of activity and a minimal amount of walking for approximately 67 yards (about 61 metres), at times over uneven and natural surfaces and inclines, with a few steps to negotiate to get on/off the coach and embark/disembark the kayak. Walking at the Visitor Centre is at the discretion of each guest. This tour is not suitable for pregnant guests, guest with neck and/or back problems, guests with heart and/or respiratory conditions, guests prone to seasickness, guests with limited mobility, and guests who utilise a wheelchair. Guests are advised to lightweight, comfortable clothing with flat, closed-toe walking shoes or boat shoes, and bring sun protection and a light, weatherproof jacket from the ship. Although frequently encountered on this type of tour, wildlife and marine life sightings are not guaranteed. A signed waiver is required to participate on this tour. Operation of this tour is subject to weather conditions. Transportation is shared with YBG-G Saguenay Fjord Zodiac Adventure. The tour might operate on a Yellow School Bus depending on availability of the coaches.
