Upon arrival, your local chef will guide you through a narrated cooking demonstration: watch and learn as the chef shows you how to prepare a traditional menu featuring different authentic paellas, including the real Valencian paella. In addition, see how to make a proper Spanish tortilla, as well as other popular local specialties.
Wine Tasting, Meal
During the cooking demonstration, enjoy a tasting of renowned local wines, with an explanation by a sommelier. Afterwards, sit down, and relax: after a toast with the chef, enjoy a variety of dishes, including Spanish jamon, mussels, dishes made during the demo, and a typical local sweet treat for dessert.
