Excursion Tokeh village tour at Freetown

Visit Tokeh, a coast resort town on the peninsula of the western rural area of Sierra Leone. While Tokeh was originally a fishing village, it in the past few years has grown rapidly in popularity as a tourist and resort destination, most notably at a five-star resort called The Place.
Departing from The Place resort, proceed to the fishing village of Tokeh to see all the local highlights and see what life here is like. Visit the African smoked fish house to watch the process of traditional fish smoking, and also the traditional stone bakery.
See and perhaps visit one of the local hangout spots known as attaya base. Attaya base are named for the drink attaya, green tea boiled for several minutes, with quite a bit of sugar.
