Excursion Torres del paine national park tour at Puerto Natales

The variety of natural beauties of the Torres del Paine National Park will impact your visit. Early in the morning depart from the pier towards the Park.

Appreciate the most spectacular worldwide Reserve at the end of the world. The Park covers an area of 242.000 hectares welcoming a fertile combination of lakes, lagoons, waterfalls, glaciers, hills and peaks, where it is possible to admire different forms of life in their natural state. Inside the area, the road is surrounded with dozens of lagoons covered with grasses and aquatic birds, contrasting with small hills where flocks of Guanacos pasture.

Leave the pier in Puerto Natales towards Torres del Paine National Park, where you will be able to enjoy the views from Grey lookout. Enter the park through Serrano Gate and continue towards Grey area, where you will have the chance to enjoy lunch. Continue the scenic driving to Salto Grande Waterfall forming the quiet Pehoe Lake. There will be enough time to admire the area. Continue to Nordenskjold Lake viewpoint that bath the mountainside of the Paine range with its emerald green color.

Drive out the park through Laguna Amarga gate and stop in Lago Sarmiento lookout before continue to Cerro Castillo.

On route, you may stop depending on the animals seen. Return to Puerto Natales.

Please note: the driving distance between the pier and the Park is approximately 90 minutes in each direction. With the exception of some walking to the Salto Grande area (which has approximately 800 meters/ 2600 feet of walking, some of it on inclined terrain), this tour is suitable for guests with mobility limitations. Guests may stay in the coach or walk at their own pace as needed. Weather is windy and unpredictable in the region and some showers could be expected at any time of the year. It is recommendable to wear warm comfortable clothing, a waterproof windbreaker and sturdy walking shoes to fully enjoy the visit.
