Common areas not always well managed
A unique experience on board MSC Fantasia – Yacht Club My recent cruise on MSC Fantasia, in the splendid exclusive setting of the Yacht Club, was undoubtedly the best of all the ones I have done so far. An experience that will remain imprinted in my heart not only for the elegance and high-level services, but above all for the special people met on board. A heartfelt thank you to my butler Mami, whose kindness and helpfulness were priceless: always present, attentive and thoughtful. The sweetness and gentleness of Rosà is also unforgettable, a delicate and warm presence that was able to make every moment even more pleasant. A special thought also goes to the contagious friendliness of Jimmy and Narcio, who were able to give smiles and lightness every day. And how can I not mention Mr. Giovanni, always attentive and thoughtful in the restaurant, a true professional who was able to make us feel pampered in every detail. I will carry you all in my heart. And who knows… maybe we will meet again, on another dream cruise. Thanks for everything! Alberta

Beautiful ship even if a bit dated
Although not very recent, it remains a decent and comfortable ship. Problems in the laundry service as hair was frequently present in the cloth napkins. Problems also in 30 percent of the plastic glasses used at the buffet self-service which leak water from the bottom. Difficulty finding a place at the self-service tables during peak hours.

The ship is excellent
The ship, although dated, has been restored and is truly very beautiful, it has large spaces, the theater is spacious. Unlike the new ships which are large but lack many things. The rooms are just right. Msc Fantasia beautiful!! compliments to our waiters Antony and kevin, at the Red Velvet, very good, kind, smiling and professional.

The ship is very beautiful and we had a very good time at the Red Velvet restaurant with our waiters Francis Jacob and a lady Shaban They were very good and very kind and very careful with everything, both food and drinks and always ready perhaps of all it is what I liked most of all
