Discover some of the most scenic parts of Mallorca and visit the island's most outstanding attractions during a visit to Valldemossa, the Son Marroig Lookout and the lovely village of Deiá. The drive up to Valldemossa and along the coast to Deia is one of the most breathtaking and stunning drives in Mallorca. With spectacular scenery across the Mediterranean Sea and countryside this makes a great drive.
Depart the pier for the scenic, approximate 30-minute drive to Valldemosa.
Valldemosa
This beautiful village is renowned for its picturesque setting on the slopes of Mallorca's northern mountain range.
Upon arrival, a short walking tour will be followed by some free time for browsing and exploring Valldemossa at your leisure, and shopping for local handicrafts such as ceramics, honey, olive wood goods and almond oil beauty treatments. Proceed then for a glass of wine or a soft drink at a nearby restaurant.
Afterward, re-board your coach for the drive along a winding road and past cliffs more than 1,300 feet (390 metres) high en route to the picturesque village of Deiá. Before reaching Deiá, a photo stop is made at Son Marroig.
Son Marroig
This stunning estate is renowned for its picturesque setting on the slopes of Mallorca's northern mountain range. Formerly the residence of the Archduke Ludwig Salvatore of Austria, the home (now a museum) offers spectacular views of the coastline and Foradada, a locally-renowned rock formation rising from the sea. Leaving Son Marroig, your drive continues on to Deiá.
Deiá
Perched on a hillside amidst olive and almond trees, this quaint village with its red-roofed houses has been a favourite among writers and artists for many years. Upon arrival, some free time is made available to explore the village's narrow, winding streets. A visit is then made to the deluxe hotel, La Residencia, where lunch is served at the Cafe' Miro'.

Renowned as one of the best and most romantic restaurants in Spain, it has received the Award of Excellence by the prestigious Wine Spectator magazine for four consecutive years. After lunch in your exclusive surroundings, re-board the coach for the return drive to the pier.
