Depart from the pier in Brisbane and enjoy a comfortable drive of approximately one hour aboard a wheelchair-accessible, air-conditioned van toward Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary. The scenic journey allows time to relax before arriving at one of Australia’s most renowned wildlife destinations.

Upon arrival, spend around three hours exploring the sanctuary at an easy pace. Lone Pine features paved, wheelchair-friendly pathways and accessible facilities throughout, allowing all guests to move comfortably between exhibits. Get up close to koalas, observe kangaroos roaming freely, and discover other native animals including wombats, dingoes, platypus, and a wide variety of birdlife.
