The company overall deserves only a passing grade, the result of averaging two very different evaluations. Staff: 10/10. Friendly, kind, always available and ready to meet any request. The entertainment team, made up of tireless and genuinely engaging people, deserves special praise. Organization: 0/10. It is hard to believe that all the shops close at midnight and reopen only the following afternoon. After a dinner that starts at 9:30 p.m. and ends around 11 p.m.—especially when returning from an excursion (for example in Corfu) around 8 p.m.—finding everything closed is truly disappointing. Pre-cruise information: –1/10. The app clearly states that Silver and Gold members are entitled to a complimentary cake. I am Silver and my wife is Gold, yet for our anniversary cake we were charged €26.50. We were later told that the free cake was only for birthdays celebrated onboard, which was not stated in the app. Summary: excellent staff, but poor organization and unclear, unsatisfactory communication.
We truly had an excellent time: everything was perfect, and above all, the Junior Club staff was outstanding. My children had an amazing amount of fun.
