We were a group of 18 people and had a fantastic time. The only downside was that the food quality has declined compared to a few years ago on MSC Divina.

Everything was wonderful and very well organized. The cleanliness was excellent, and the staff were extremely kind and friendly. If I really have to mention a small flaw, it would be the lack of games or shows during the early part of the morning. I was quite disappointed because, having already been on MSC cruises before, this had never happened to me. From late afternoon onwards, everything was impeccable!

My experience with MSC was positive. The ship was well maintained, with fairly clean environments. The cabin and restaurant staff were always kind, helpful, and attentive to our needs. The excursions, considering what they offer and the actual time dedicated to each activity, are definitely too expensive, especially for families.
We had a wonderful experience. The services were excellent in every respect, both the cabin service and the bar/buffet/restaurant service.
