Old but well-maintained and clean with staff always available, prepared and professional. The restaurant waiters are very kind.
All services are good
I had no different expectations
Comfortable ship
It was my first cruise and I have no comparisons. For me it went well like this
PERFECT
A bit dated, some armchairs in the bars and theater should be reviewed, for the rest everything is really good, it is the ideal 'family size' for us; I can't judge the 'pool' deck because we didn't use it ... A special praise to our attentive waiter Donard and assistant, table 108 Marco Polo ... and we cannot forget Jonathan, a very sweet and helpful cabin attendant 1070 .... !
Ok
Certainly dated, some areas would need to be improved, especially the cabin bathrooms but overall it is well structured.
Msc Armonia is a ship that wears its 25 years of honorable service with dignity. Impeccable cleanliness of the common areas and restaurants. It is easy to find your way around given the size. The care and constant maintenance by the staff is evident. Obviously, compared to the new generation ships, among other things, the lack of an indoor pool is felt, which is essential during the day of navigation if there is bad weather.
Common areas are beautiful and well maintained despite being dated. The internal cabins need to be improved, especially the ventilation in the bathroom because everything was very claustrophobic!!! The space is rather small for three people!!!
The ship, although it is a cruise ship with its prerogatives, was not particularly well-kept, both in terms of cleanliness and maintenance
Beautiful ship but it must be taken into account that it is a ship launched 20 years ago
The cabin is not very convenient (too small for 4 people) Not comfortable for those with mobility difficulties
A bit retro ship. Not very suitable for those with mobility difficulties. Buffet is excellent both in quality and service. Restaurant: the service is too slow. The waiters are kind
