For the capacity of the ship the pools are too small and few, it's impossible to take a swim. Queues to enter the buffet for both breakfast and lunch, unacceptable for how much you pay.

Despite the ship surprising us because it is more dedicated to the elderly and families with children, we managed to find good company of friends and have fun anyway. I would recommend leaving the pools open longer in the evening and maybe some more entertainment for teenagers of about 18 years old

Being the first experience with MSC I expected something more exciting, given and considering that having done COSTA I expected something more, instead today I find myself giving one star for various subsequent reasons on the ship. Let's start with the first, the hygiene of the cabin is frightening, dirty sheets on first entry, as the days went by we realized that the bathroom was not even washed since in the sink we would still find traces of toothpaste from the previous days, and the toilet seat, every day had a dark yellow color, the carpet was never cleaned. Also the fact of not changing the sheets every day and only pulling up the duvets and arranging the pillows, this is not hygiene.
