Beautiful ship.
Excellent ship.
The ship is very beautiful, but compared with our 2017 holiday, it now seems much less well maintained.
The ship is a little dated, and the cleanliness of the common areas could be improved.
Disappointing in every respect: the staff seemed annoyed, cleanliness was poor, and the organisation was lacking. It is a ship better suited to older passengers.

Excellent ship.
Beautiful, large and well-organised ship. The only downside was the two main restaurants, which are too small to accommodate 5,000 passengers. We had requested the late dinner sitting, as on previous cruises, but were initially assigned 6:30 p.m. Fortunately, the day after embarkation they moved us to 10:00 p.m., as there were unfortunately no places left at 8:00 p.m. Another drawback was the removal of bottled water. I would not say that the water from the dispensers was undrinkable, but it certainly was not pleasant to drink. A real shame.

Elegant and spacious
Beautiful and very spacious, with sun loungers available even on the busiest days. The cabins are a little small. The mattresses could be better. There is no coffee machine in the cabin, which I missed as Costa provided one.
