Place Royale

Depart the pier for a scenic drive by Place Royale, a beautifully restored market square of 17th- and 18th-century stone architecture located in the heart of the Lower Town. Place Royale was the site of Champlain's first settlement and the oldest standing Catholic Church in Canada, Notre-Dame-des-Victoires. From here, proceed to the Dufferin Terrace and Le Château Frontenac area.

Château Frontenac Photo Stop

Located 200 feet above the waterway, this is Québec’s most celebrated landmark. This magnificent, green-turreted castle was built in 1893 by the Canadian Pacific Railroad.

Montmorency Falls

Next drive through the scenic National Battlefields Park, or 'Plains of Abraham', along the Grande-Allée and past the Hôtel du Parlement en route to Montmorency Falls. A brief photo stop is made here to marvel at the Montmorency River roaring over the cliff and down to the St. Lawrence River.

Wendake First Nations Village

Continue to Wendake, a quiet and peaceful village nestled in the woods on the outskirts of Quebec. This first nation's village is considered as an example of a successful experience of cohabitation between two different nations. Discover how French and First Nation people of Wendat exchange and learn from each other. Enjoy some free time in this safe beautiful village, discover the arts and crafts, mostly hand-made in its original technique, or choose to walk around the streets on your own. You can also make a stop at the Kabir Kouba waterfall.

After your visit, re-board your coach for your transfer to the Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport for your flight home.

Please note: This tour is available to disembarking guests with flights departing Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport after 3:30pm. Guests must claim and clear their bags through Customs at the pier. Luggage will then accompany guests on the coach. This tour involves a moderate amount of walking over paved and cobblestone surfaces; walking at Montmorency Falls and Wendake is at the discretion of each guest. This tour is suitable for guests with limited mobility and those who utilise a wheelchair. A sweater or light jacket is recommended. The tour sequence may vary.
