Transfer from the port to the lively Ben Thanh Market where your guide will help you find and select the exotic vegetables, spices and herbs that will be used in today's cooking lesson.


After exploring the market, drive to the GRAIN cooking studio for your hands-on four-course cooking class. Receive an introduction to Vietnamese kitchenware and learn some of the basic preparation methods. Try a tasting of fish sauce, one of Vietnamese cooking's most essential ingredients.


Next, discover Chef Luke's own nuoc cham (dipping sauce) recipe before moving through appetizer, entrée, main course and dessert. Once you've finished your menu have the chance to savor each dish as you sit down to feast on the fruits of your labor.
