Depart the pier for the short walk to your awaiting speedboat. After receiving your safety briefing and tour instructions, embark your vessel and head to the Khor Ash Sham Fjord. Khasab is the capital of Musandam, and renowned for its fjords, coral reefs, colourful fish, and dolphin. The sea here is also famous for its abundant seafood and beautiful, crystal-clear waters, which are ideal for swimming, snorkelling and diving.

Upon arrival at the fjords, receive your safety and kayaking instructions and gear, then embark your single- or double-kayak for a scenic, approximately 1.5-hour guided kayaking journey. Along the way, take in the stunning beauty of the fjords and look for the dolphins, diverse fish and marine life that thrive in these clear, inviting waters along the coastline. Following the kayaking portion of the tour, embark your boat and continue on to beautiful Hayoot Beach.

Upon arrival, receive your snorkelling and safety instructions and gear, then enjoy approximately one hour of swimming and snorkelling in search of coral beds, colourful fish and marine life. Following your time at Hayood Beach, embark your boat for the short ride back to the pier. Upon arrival, disembark the vessel and return to your ship on-foot.

Please note: This tour involves an extensive amount of activity and a minimal amount of walking for approximately 328 yards (about 300 metres), at times over uneven, sandy and gravel surfaces, with a few steps to negotiate to embark/disembark the kayak. This tour is recommended for active guests who are in good physical condition, experienced kayakers, and can swim well in water over their head. This tour is not suitable for pregnant guests, guests with back and/or neck problems, guests with heart and/or respiratory problems, guests prone to seasickness, guests with limited mobility, and guests who utilise a wheelchair. Guests are advised to wear a swimsuit under a cover-up with flat, closed-toe walking or water shoes they won't mind getting wet, and bring sun protection, insect repellent, a towel, bottled water, and a camera (bring a dry bag or waterproof camera) from the ship. Guests may not snorkel if they have consumed alcohol. This kayaking tour operates in single- and double-kayaks. Although frequently encountered on this type of tour, wildlife, fish, and marine life sightings are not guaranteed. Life vests, kayaks, paddles, and snorkelling equipment are provided. In the event of damage or loss of the kayak or paddle, the full cost of the kayak or paddle will be charged to the guest. The total kayaking time is approximately 1.5 hour. The total swimming and snorkelling time is approximately one hour. A signed waiver is required to participate on this tour. Operation of this tour is subject to weather conditions. The tour sequence may vary. Space on this tour is extremely limited; we suggest you book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
