Your tour begins with a drive from Warnemünde to Berlin along the German Autobahn. During this approx. 3 hrs transfer which will include a comfort stop, your Escort will already give you an overview of your exciting day in Berlin as well as general, useful information.
Once arrived in Berlin, your professional Berlin Tour Guide will join the bus and take you on a unique and unforgettable drive through Germany’s capital.
You will stop at some of the coolest and most popular sites Berlin has to offer, including the famous Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburg Gate and some of the last remaining chunks of Berlin Wall which once separated the East and West Berliners. Here your guide will share some of their personal stories of this very recent history that for nearly 3 decades separated the East from the West.
You will also see the Reichstag building, seat of the German Government, with its famous cupola which was designed by Sir Norman Foster, before moving onto the Holocaust Memorial, a site covered with more than 2700 concrete slabs, often producing an uneasy and confusing atmosphere.
Continue past the Berlin Cathedral and Museums’ Island, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. See the most magnificent square in Berlin, the Gendarmenmarkt Square, with its French and German Dom and Schinkels Concert Hall, together forming one of the most stunning ensembles in Berlin.
Take a break from touring and enjoy a traditional German pub-style lunch (1-course) before continuing with the city tour.

Please note: This tour requires a moderate amount of walking for approximately 1090 yards (Approx. 800-1000 m), with a few steps to negotiate to get on/off the coach. Some streeets in Berlin are cobblestoned.The drive between the pier and Berlin is approximately three hours in each direction. This tour is not suitable for guests with limited mobility and guests who utilise a wheelchair. Warm clothing which can be take off if weather changes, comfortable clothing, flat, closed-toe walking shoes and sun protection are recommended. Please ensure, that shoulders and knees are covered during the visit to Chathedrals and Churchs.
