Learn how the team produces the refreshing Branchage cider and how it is distilled to make Jersey’s apple brandy in the alembic Charentais cognac still.

Next, enjoy a mouth-watering two-course lunch at the estate's restaurant, where each dish is perfectly paired with La Mare's award-winning wines.

Following lunch, dive into the art of chocolate making. Indulge in a tasting session featuring an array of exquisite flavours expertly guided by La Mare’s chocolatier, who will introduce you to the craft of creating luxurious chocolate truffles and pralines using the finest Belgian chocolate.
