Depart the pier for the coach transfer  and begin your hike along the Mosquito Cove Trail, surrounded by towering trees and calm waters, this tranquil spot provides a perfect start to your adventure where the lush greenery of towering Sitka spruce and western hemlock trees envelops you. The forest floor is adorned with vibrant mosses and ferns, creating a magical, emerald-hued landscape. Starrigavan Valley Estuary

Please note: This tour involves a hike of approximately 2-4 miles (3.2-6.4 kilometres), and is recommended only for guests in good physical condition. Participants set the pace of this tour, which means that the total distance covered may vary per group. It is not suitable for guests with limited mobility or those who utilise a wheelchair.  Minimum age requirement for this tour is 8 years old.  Participants must sign a waiver. Dress warmly in layers and wear sturdy, comfortable walking shoes. This tour operates in all weather conditions.
