Everything was perfect: very clean, and the staff were extremely kind.
Costa Cruises does not organise excursions for people with disabilities, except in Marseille and Barcelona. They should also consider other destinations; otherwise, everything becomes much more complicated. Alternatively, upon request, they could arrange accessible taxis for people with disabilities.

I experienced poor organization, especially in the handling of luggage on disembarkation day. Furthermore, the casino staff is absolutely inadequate... you cannot close the casino at 1:30 a.m. — unacceptable.
