Good overall standard. The onboard staff are always very courteous and efficient, but not always able to enforce the rules in the swimming pools and hot tubs.

I have used Costa Cruises several times and it is my favorite, although unfortunately they are continuously cutting back on many aspects. I hope this will change, but the outlook is not very promising.
Overall, the cruise went well, but lately I have noticed many restrictions affecting the overall cruise experience. The catering understandably reuses leftover food, but if I order lamb, I do not want to eat a processed mash shaped like canned meat. The end-of-cruise gift was disappointing as well… a ballpoint pen. As usual, excursions and photos are excessively expensive. I hope Costa returns to the standards of a few years ago.

I have taken other cruises with Costa, and I must say that this has been the worst in terms of both food and service. I do not think I will choose this company again.
Reliable and high-quality company
Even though we realize that over the years Costa has scaled back and reduced several aspects of its offering, we still feel comfortable and enjoy traveling with them.
It is my go-to cruise line.
