Everything perfect
Exceptional ship.
Ship is too scattered.. few pools, small and always packed. Buffet and restaurant hours are not suitable.. the quality of the food is poor as are the choices.. The theater is badly arranged and the shows are mediocre. Little staff at the reception and not very welcoming and sometimes not kind. The buffet is packed and with poor organization, endless queues to find a place and to get food. The gym hours are not in line with the breakfast and tour hours. Exaggerated price for the quality of the services.
The services on the ship and the common areas were not adequate for the number of passengers. In particular the pools, hot tubs and the buffet.
Ship is too big but has little staff … I have always done small ships and I continue to prefer them… and above all it's too cold ❄️
I give it a 5 because the ship is fantastic, very well-kept and clean, the only truly absurd and unacceptable flaw is that there is no bidet, washing is important and cannot be underestimated.... Negative
