Excellent organization and management.
Perfect.
Fair.
I believe this ship is quite poor in terms of cabins and bathrooms. The entertainment is very good, the food is of low quality in my opinion, while the assistance and staff are of good quality.
We experienced problems with meal management. Despite having completed all the required procedures before departure, during the first part of the cruise it was impossible for us to eat unless at our own expense when disembarking, searching for suitable food and giving up visiting the destinations.
Excellent company
My first cruise ever, and I must say that everyone was professional.
It was a dream cruise, thank you MSC.
A wonderful cruise, very kind staff, and Giangi, the Cruise Director, was outstanding. The ship is a bit small, but we were aware of that. The food offered a wide variety of options on a rotating basis.
I have always been satisfied.
Our second experience with MSC, and we will certainly do it again. Thanks to Laura from Ticketcrociere Taoticket, who was able to recommend a wonderful holiday.
Everything was perfect, from the crew to the officers, with excellent service.
