Scenic Drive to Palazzo Suriano

The experience begins with a scenic drive of approximately 45-minutes along the renowned Amalfi Coast, offering dramatic coastal views and picturesque villages along the way. Upon arrival near Vietri sul Mare, guests transfer by local transportation to the entrance of Hotel Palazzo Suriano, an elegant 18th-century villa perched above the sea, known for its historic charm and refined atmosphere.

Private Cooking Class

This hands-on culinary workshop is reserved exclusively for Silversea guests. In the heart of the villa, local women devoted to preserving the traditional cuisine of the region, lead a private cooking class featuring time-honored recipes of the Amalfi Coast. Participants will learn to prepare authentic dishes such as handmade pasta, seasonal vegetables, and fresh Mediterranean specialties, using locally sourced ingredients.

This engaging experience offers more than technique, it is a cultural exchange that allows guests to connect personally with their hosts and gain insight into the soul of southern Italian life. Lunch

Following the class, a multi-course lunch is served featuring the dishes prepared during the workshop, complemented by local wines. The meal takes place within the refined ambiance of the villa, either in its elegantly appointed dining room or on a sea-view terrace.
