Begin your exploration with a guided walk through the farm. See the buffaloes grazing in open pastures and cooling off in natural pools, and observe how milk is transformed into premium mozzarella in a facility that balances traditional techniques with modern hygiene standards. Learn how the farm nurtures the land and animals to produce food of exceptional quality, all while maintaining a low environmental impact.

Lunch

Relax and enjoy a light lunch featuring freshly made buffalo mozzarella, ricotta cheese and local specialities.

Following your lunch, take a moment to stroll around the farm or browse the shop for artisanal cheeses, olive oil, and other local specialties, before re-board your coach for the 90-minute return journey to Gaeta.
