Overview

Step into a Caribbean culinary tradition recognized by UNESCO as intangible cultural heritage. Working at your own individual station, you will craft two cassava breads from raw manioc flour — one savory with salt cod or smoked herring, one sweet with jam — under the guidance of a local expert weaving in history, technique, and storytelling. A tasting of your own creations, paired with a souvenir card, brings the experience to a close in an intimate group of no more than eight guests.
