During your visit, you can relax, unwind, and soak up the tropical sun, swim in the crystal-clear waters, and enjoy spectacular views from the Hill Inlet Lookout. You can also take a barefoot stroll along the shore of this idyllic, golden beach; since the sand is 98% silica, it does not retain heat. Walking at Whitehaven Beach is at the discretion of each guest. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The weather in the tropics is changeable, and this tour may operate in inclement weather, if safe to do so. This tour may involve some rolling and pitching due to natural sea conditions; a certain amount of agility is required. Whitehaven Beach is at an uninhabited island with no reefs, minimal shade, and no shops or facilities. The restrooms are available at one end of the beach; however, they may not be up to the standards of those found on other excursions. The walk to the Hill Inlet Lookout is not an easy one for all guests. The landing location of the beach will vary depending on the tide and prevailing conditions on the day of the tour, and be conducted via a smaller transfer boat.
