Learn the history of this small town established in 1857, after six fishing families from Îles-de-la-Madeleine disembarked on the North Shore of the Saint Lawrence. Now, more than 150 years later, the people of Havre-Saint-Pierre are still proud of their Acadian roots, hence, their unique accent and the tricolour flag that blows in the wind all over town.

You know the famous little fruits so unique to the north coast? You will have the chance to take a pause during your stroll and taste a tasty tip of cloudberry called 'Chicoutai'. During this short break, taste the famous Cloudberry pie at the traditional Chez Julie Restaurant. At the end of your tour enjoy a short stop at Bar l’Écoutille for a local alcohol taste.

At the conclusion of the tour you can walk back to the ship or stay in town for independent exploration.
