Departing from the Havre-Saint-Pierre marina, this scenic cruise brings you to Île Niapiskau. Walk along a short loop trail with a Parks Canada guide who will help you go back in time to understand the presence of the amazing geological formations surrounding you.

Observe the limestone cliffs and strangely sea-carved monoliths, this tour will provide a fascinating look into the natural history of the area and will tell a story that is nearly 500 million years old. The fascinating limestone sculptures, named by the poet Roland Jomphe, come in a variety of shapes and sizes from the impressive Bonne Femme to the Small Graduating Owl.

After your walk, board the boat for the return trip and take the time to enjoy the scenery from a brand-new perspective.

This tour is not suitable for guests with limited mobility or those who utilise a wheelchair. Dressing according to the weather; sturdy shoes (no sandals); a windbreaker and appropriate outdoor clothing is recommended. The type of fauna and flora seen during the tour depends on the season. Guests are advised to bring water from the ship.
