Venture beyond Ushuaia and into the wild landscapes of Tierra del Fuego on an active journey combining scenic beauty and off-road exploration. Traveling north along National Route 3, pass through the glacial valleys that shape the region’s rugged character, with sweeping views of Mount Olivia, forested slopes, peat bogs, and distant snow-capped peaks.
The adventure continues aboard specially equipped 4x4 vehicles, leaving the main road behind to explore rough tracks and remote corners of the valley. Crossing varied terrain, experience the untamed side of Tierra del Fuego while learning about the natural history of this sub-Antarctic environment. Along the way, keep watch for signs of local wildlife, including the beavers that have become part of the region’s landscape.
Continue to a Husky Park, set amid the forests and mountains of Tierra del Fuego. Here, enjoy a leisurely lunch in a peaceful natural setting and spend time exploring the grounds before beginning the return journey to Ushuaia.
