Depart the pier for the scenic, approximately 45-minute sightseeing drive to Henningsvær. En route, pass through Svolvær, and see the yellow-painted Vågan Church. One of the biggest wooden buildings in the northern part of Norway, it is capable of holding up to 1,200 people. Upon arrival in Henningsvær, discover why it is known as the 'Venice of Lofoten'.

This headland fishing village has a unique atmosphere and scenery that has attracted many artists wishing to capture its beauty on canvas. During your visit, take a guided tour of the Lofoten House Gallery. Marvel at the collection of paintings by Karl Erik Harr, one of Norway's most celebrated pictorial artists. The gallery also features paintings by other renowned 19th- and early-20th-century artists from Nordland, along with Frank A. Jenssen's captivating multimedia show bringing to life the changing seasons of the Lofoten Islands.
Following your tour of the Lofoten House Gallery, some free time is made available to stroll around Henningsvær. At the conclusion of your visit, re-board your coach and commence the approximately 30-minute drive back to the pier.
Please note: This tour involves a moderate amount of walking for approximately 601 yards (550 metres), with a few steps to negotiate to get on/off the coach and stairs at the Lofoten House Gallery. Walking in Henningsvær is at the discretion of each guest. This tour is suitable for guests with limited mobility and guests who utilise a wheelchair. Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing, flat, closed-toe walking shoes are recommended.
