Depart the pier for the scenic, approximately two-hour drive through the picturesque countryside to the Sabang Wharf, with a comfort and photo stop at the panoramic Buena Vista Viewpoint en route. Upon arrival at the Sabang Wharf, embark a local outrigger boat for the short, picturesque ride towards Subterranean River National Park.
Wet Landing on Beach, Walk to Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park
Upon arrival and after a wet landing on the beach, walk to Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park. One of Puerto Princesa’s most renowned destinations, this National Park is a model of biodiversity, with more than 800 plant species, 300 tree species, 195 bird species, 30 mammal species, 19 reptile species, and eight bat species.
Outrigger Canoe Journey, Underground Section, Subterranean River, Rock Formations, Chambers
Once at the park, embark a smaller outrigger canoe for the journey along the underground section of the Subterranean River, an UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the New Seven Wonders of the Natural World. Your approximately 45-minute canoe-ride travels approximately one mile (about 1.6 kilometres) into the cave. Along the way, you are treated to a spectacular display of rock formations and cathedral-like chambers, which nature has sculpted over millions of years.
Outrigger Canoe-Ride, Sabang Wharf, Lunch, Daluyon Beach Resort
Following your Subterranean River-cruise, disembark the outrigger canoe and walk back to the beach, then embark your outrigger boat for the approximately 30-minute ride back to the Sabang Wharf. Upon arrival, re-board your coach and proceed for a buffet lunch at the Daluyon Beach Resort. After lunch, re-board your coach and commence the approximately two-hour drive back to the pier.

Please note: This tour involves an extensive amount of activity and a moderate amount of walking for approximately 550 yards-740 yards (about 500 metres-675 metres), at times over uneven, wooden, slippery, sandy, and natural surfaces, with a few steps to negotiate to get on/off the coach, and three steps to negotiate to embark/disembark the boat and outrigger canoe, and manoeuvre in/out of the boat. This tour is recommended for guests who are in good physical condition, and able to swim in water over their head. A wet landing is required at Subterranean River National Park, water shoes are recommended. This tour is recommended for active guests in good physical condition. This tour is not suitable for pregnant guests, guest with neck and/or back problems, guests with heart and/or respiratory conditions, guests prone to seasickness, guests with claustrophobia, guests with limited mobility, and guests who utilise a wheelchair. Guests are advised to wear a swimsuit under a cover-up with flat, closed-toe water or boat shoes, and bring sun protection, a towel, change of clothing, rain poncho, and local currency or credit cards for purchases from the ship. Guests must be at least 6 years old to participate on this tour; minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. There are/are no changing facilities on board the boat. Although frequently encountered on this type of tour, wildlife sightings are not guaranteed. The driving time between the pier and sites visited is approximately 1.75-two hours in each direction. A signed waiver is required to participate on this tour. Operation of this tour is subject to change due to tldal and weather conditions, and may be cancelled without prior notice.
