Depart the pier for the short walk to the boat dock and your awaiting, approximately 45-foot (about 13.7-metre) cigarette boat, the Pato Bobo. After meeting your captain and crew, receive your safety and tour instructions, and embark the vessel. Your scenic and fun-filled snorkelling safari begins with an exciting speedboat-ride along idyllic Banderas Bay. Upon reaching the southern end of Banderas Bay, head to Los Arcos (The Arches) Marine Park.

Founded in 1984, Los Arcos is named for the huge, grey granite islands pushing up out of the ocean in arch formations. Renowned for its stunning natural splendour and tropical wildlife, Los Arcos is also home to caves, deep tunnels, and a colourful coral reef. Upon arrival at Los Arcos, receive your snorkelling instructions, gear, and safety vest, then begin your guided, approximately 45-minute swimming and snorkelling session amidst the crystal-clear, blue waters of the coral reef.

Along the way, search of tropical fish, trumpetfish, and diverse marine life that includes rays, eels, octopuses, and sea turtles. After your swimming and snorkelling session, embark the boat for the short ride to the pristine Colomitos Beach. Following a wet landing on the beach, approximately one hour of free time is made available for relaxing, sunbathing, beachcombing, and/or swimming. Back on board, enjoy personalised service, cold refreshments, and snacks throughout your adventure. Your tour concludes with a panoramic, approximately 1.5-hour-ride back to the boat dock. Upon arrival, disembark your boat and commence the short walk back to the pier.

This tour involves an extensive amount of activity and a moderate amount of walking, with five steps to negotiate to embark/disembark the speedboat and manoeuvre in/out of the speedboat. Walking at Colomitos Beach is at the discretion of each guest. This tour is recommended for guests who are in good physical condition, have snorkelling experience, and can swim in water too deep to stand. This tour is not suitable for pregnant guests, guest with neck and/or back problems, guests with heart and/or respiratory conditions, guests prone to seasickness, guests with limited mobility, and guests who utilise a wheelchair. Guests are advised to wear a swimsuit under a cover-up with flat, closed-toe boat or water shoes, and bring sun protection, a towel, change of clothing, bottled water, and US Dollars, local currency, or credit cards for purchases from the ship. Guests must be at least three years old to participate on this tour; minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 18 years old.  Snorkelling gear and life vests are provided. The life vests must be worn the entire time whilst snorkelling. recommended. Guests must be at least 18 years old to be served alcoholic beverages. Guests may not snorkel if they have consumed alcohol. Although frequently encountered on this type of tour, fish and marine life sightings are not guaranteed. A signed waiver is required to participate on this tour. Operation of this tour is subject to weather conditions. This tour operates during mornings only. The tour sequence may vary.
