Important Details
• This tour is non-refundable if cancelled within seven days of the ship's call in Alexandria. Walking in the pyramids area is uneven and sandy and includes cobbled surfaces, and therefore is not suitable for guests who utilise a wheelchair.
• Guests must be able to get in and out of the vehicle and helicopter independently or with the assistance of their travelling companion.
• Helicopter Boarding / Disembarkation: Boarding a helicopter normally requires guests to negotiate a step up into the aircraft and move through a relatively narrow cabin entrance. Helicopters used for sightseeing generally do not have an elevator, wheelchair lift, or permanent boarding ramp. Guests must normally be able to transfer from a wheelchair or mobility aid into the aircraft seat, with assistance where permitted by the operator.
• A copy of each guest's passport must be received 14 days prior to the tour in order to secure the required flight permits. Guests must also bring their passport with them on the day of the tour.
• Wear light, comfortable clothing and sturdy walking shoes with good grip. A hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen are strongly recommended due to the heat and sun exposure at the Giza Plateau.
