Board your comfortable convertible 4WD vehicle at the pier and set off on an exciting journey to the Tijuca Atlantic Forest, the largest urban forest in the world. Enjoy scenic views and the thrill of exploring this lush, natural wonder just minutes from the city. During the tour, usually it is possible to see tropical animals like monkeys, sloths and exotic birds.

This tour includes a small walk up a forest trail to the Cascatinha Fall. After a few minutes to relax and enjoy the silence of the forest before beginning the descent towards the city, drive towards the Rio de Janeiro's Pier.

This tour involves an extensive amount of walking at the Tijuca Rainforest, along with off-road driving over bumpy surfaces. This tour is recommended for guests in good physical condition, and is not suitable for guests with back and/or neck problems, guests with limited mobility and guests who utilise a wheelchair. Guests are advised to wear lightweight, comfortable clothing and closed-toe walking shoes, sun protection, insect repellant, a hat and sunglasses from the ship.  The 4WD vehicles used are not air-conditioned and it is difficult to escape the sun even with the cover over the vehicle.  During the Carnival holiday streets will be crowded and possibly blocked, therefore drive times may be longer than usual.
