Very professional
Excellent cruise line; that is why I have continued to choose it for nine years.
Excellent cruise line
I was disappointed not by the ports of call, but by the ship itself. It felt dated, and both the staff and the cleanliness left something to be desired.
As always, MSC is a name you can rely on.
Excellent experience, everything was organized down to the smallest detail.
The entertainment team were fantastic, always smiling and always trying to involve everyone in the fun. A special hug to Sofia and a heartfelt thank you for her kindness. Our waiters were also excellent: Darwin for his professionalism and the care he showed us, and Alex for his friendliness and smiles.
MSC is a guarantee: professional, precise, punctual, and helpful. An ideal holiday, especially with children! The cleaning staff were extremely kind, both in the cabins and in the common areas, and very quick to clean all areas of the ship where guests left glasses, plates, and so on.
Everything was perfect.
Excellent.
I am satisfied with the cruise and the overall experience on board. The ship, the services, and the general organization met my expectations.
