Excellent general service. Very good organization, entertainment, food, etc. and it's a shame about the overcrowding of people especially in the pool and at the buffet. And the excursions are too expensive

Always positive, even though I'm an old-time cruiser and therefore used to better pampering and entertainment. I have to say that I still feel good with msc (the first 7 cruises were with Costa then I switched to msc with satisfaction) ..

The staff is very kind, the cleanliness is impeccable, the shows are of a high category The organization is perfect. A negative note is the Terminal in Hamburg. There was no one from the MSC staff waiting for us at the baggage claim to give us directions. We followed, like a flock of sheep, the other people who were heading towards the buses, after about an hour of queuing in the rain we managed to get on a bus. The welcome in Hamburg is VERY to be improved and not adequate to the level of vacation that one expects

It was a magnificent cruise, the first for us. Everything went well, everything was clear and well organized. Perhaps the only details could be that there was always a lot of noise everywhere and that it was often difficult to find a place to sit or lie down but for the rest it was really good: excellent, very varied food, fantastic evening entertainment, a really versatile kids' club, good excursions, a really big cabin for the expectations. Excellent bathroom.
