Inferior compared to other ships in its class, but it still does its job.
Even though it’s an older ship, I must say they’ve done an excellent job with the refurbishment. It also feels much calmer compared to other, more crowded ships. Unfortunately, the meals served in the restaurant were of rather low quality.
The ship is not brand new, but it’s perfectly maintained and clean.
You can see the signs of age. It’s been maintained fairly well, but there’s room for improvement. The cleanliness is good.
Nice but dated, needs renovation.
MSC Musica, launched about 20 years ago, is a well-maintained, clean and welcoming ship with tasteful décor and, where possible, enhanced by technical upgrades that bring it to a good modern standard.
The cuisine was not entirely satisfactory for a vegetarian like me: limited variety compared to the omnivorous options, not always pleasing to the palate (especially the ethnic dishes), desserts not very appealing, and breakfast beverages (coffee, cappuccino, etc.) not particularly inspiring.
Old ship, and in the buffet area there are unpleasant odors and dirty spots.
Very solid
Very dated, but still kept clean and in good condition.
Staff spoke little Italian (never mind). Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the lack of effective communication. Some daily programs were not communicated clearly (it was hard to understand what was being said over the loudspeaker). Another aspect: I would have escorted guests to their cabin or at least explained where it was located.
Definitely dated, in the bathroom, in the shower, the water jet came out from multiple parts of the shower head, spraying everywhere. Signs of wear and tear scattered.
Dated ship, small but I prefer them It's a shame that the rooms would need maintenance and not be too full
Beautiful and luxurious ship, our cabin with a porthole for 4 people was really too small
I have been on many cruises and I believe that the 'old' ships, even with fewer attractions, offer a better service and attention to the customer
The Musica ship is dated, although well maintained. Unfortunately it is quite small, with few outdoor spaces and also inside it does not offer many attractions. During the most crowded periods, you don't live at your best.
Small ship with few services
Very efficient
A bit dated ship which however offered all the appropriate services to the client.
